This ministry is the result of Brendan's heart to serve the body of Christ.
Though formally trained as a minister, Brendan spent over ten
years in the business world working in key positions for companies like
Sears and Marriott Int. It was in these environments that he honed his
ability to incorporate biblical principles into everyday team building,
motivation and productivity enhancement.
Brendan's passion is the local church. Since 1995 he has served in churches of all sizes and ethnicities. He has ministered to young and old, men and women, black and white.

Rev. Brian Hart

Chapel Hill Community Church
Brian answered God’s call to the ministry in
August of 1992 while working as a S.C. state park superintendent. Since that time he has
served as senior pastor in three churches (two of which were new plants),
associate pastor in two churches, an itinerant evangelist, has led missions trips to Romania, Poland,
Canada, Haiti, and the state of Kentucky, and spent six years as a Christian educator.
Brian has been married
to his wife, Sherry, for 24 years. They have two grown children Torrye and
Drew. Brian and Sherry are presently involved with church planting in
southeastern CT.
Brian
is a "man's man" and his straight forward approach enables him to
effectively communicate practical application of biblical
truth for daily living. His passion is to lead people to love God
totally and
love others the same way.

Barry Brown
Youth & Young Adult Pastor
Colonial Baptist Church
Full-time ministry is in his blood but he wanted nothing to do with it.
The
grandson of Baltimore’s renowned “Preacher Brown”, Barry grew up in the
church with no desire to serve God. Instead he attended James Madison
University on a basketball scholarship. Earning a degree in finance he
spent 10 years working for Wells Fargo before starting his own
company.
But what does it profit a man if he gain the whole world but lose his soul?
Money
and possessions could not bring joy and contentment so Barry turned to
back to God. The result, a heart to minister to youth.
Barry serves as the Youth Pastor of Colonial Baptist Church in Randallstown, MD.
He is a gifted communicator of God’s truth to both youth and parents.
Barry is available to speak at sports camps and tournaments.
He is also available to lead finance workshops.
Len Searfoss
Worship Pastor
Cedar Heights Baptist Church
Len is the lay Worship Pastor at
Cedar Heights Baptist Church, as well as the Chief Marketing Officer for
Woolverton Printing Co. Prior to entering the ministry Len spent eight years as the Sales Manager/Design
Consultant for a corporate Advertising and Marketing Firm.
Upon obeying God's call to ministry Len held positions as worship pastor and interim worship pastor. He also served as
Outdoor Education Director at Camp Orchard Hill in Dallas, PA. where he
developed the curriculum for L.E.A.D. (Leadership,
Education, Application and Discipleship). Len's years of ministry have
afforded him the opportunity to travel and speak at many different
venues and churches.
Len now resides in Cedar Falls, IA with his wife Suzy and two
children, Griffin and Ainsley. He is a
graduate of Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA with a Bachelor’s Degree
in Bible, a Pastoral Ministries Major with an emphasis on Youth and a Minor in
Music.
Len is an
avid outdoorsman who loves sports, rock climbing, playing his drums and coffee.
Len has been a Christian for
over twenty years and during that time has been learning what it means to truly
surrender to God and live for Him.
